To confirm your booking, Please Fill the booking form from: https://bookings.sollunaspa.com/
Clients must provide accurate contact details (name, phone, email) for confirmation.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion.
If you do not visit the spa at your booked time, the appointment will be automatically cancelled.
To reschedule, please call us and provide your booking reference number.
No payment is required at the time of online booking.
All payments are made at the spa during your visit (cash, debit/credit card, or e-Transfer).
To match your booking in our system, please provide your booking reference number (sent to you by email after booking).
We maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment for both clients and staff.
Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
Clients under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be serviced.
Clients must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies that may affect the massage service.
Our staff are not medical professionals and our services are not a substitute for medical treatment.
We reserve the right to refuse service if a client’s health condition poses a risk.
While every effort is made to ensure a safe experience, Sol Luna Massage & Spa is not liable for:
Pre-existing conditions or injuries aggravated by massage.
Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings on our premises.
