All appointments are subject to availability.
To confirm your booking, a Room Fee deposit via E-Transfer to sollunasteeles@gmail.com may be required.
Clients must provide accurate contact details (name, phone, email) for confirmation.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.
Payments may be made via cash, debit/credit card, or E-Transfer.
All deposits are applied towards the final balance at the time of service.
Clients must provide the Transaction ID / E-Transfer Email as proof of payment when booking.
We maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment for both clients and staff.
Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
Clients under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be serviced.
Clients must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies that may affect the massage service.
Our staff are not medical professionals and our services are not a substitute for medical treatment.
We reserve the right to refuse service if a client’s health condition poses a risk.
While every effort is made to ensure a safe experience, Sol Luna Massage & Spa is not liable for:
Pre-existing conditions or injuries aggravated by massage.
Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings on our premises.
All content on our website (text, images, logos, design) is the property of Sol Luna Massage & Spa.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is prohibited.
We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from our site.
